This bot will automatically add new Issues or Pull Requests to a Project board based on specially formatted Cards in each Column of a Project.
We will customize the rules for moving Issues between Columns.

@Tlazypanda,

Actions are

  1. Configure Project-bot.
  2. Create doc: Zulipbot and Project-bot.

@Patamap @gmajan Updating after our discussion here -

3 possibilities -

  • Manual project board - have to move the cards manually everytime , have to add issue/pr to project board manually
  • Manual project board with github automation - have to add issue/pr to project board manually but some automation available for when issues are closed or pr merged then they automatically get moved to done
  • Project bot automated project board - complete automation available so whenever new issues/pr opened automatically get added to board and move accordingly if they have specific labels or depending on their status

As suggested by @gmajan to keep things simple we are proceeding with option 1 for now 🎉
Thanks everyone 💯

It means the project bot is not needed at this moment. The document fo project with manual project board will be created.
