Support adding an instance with Packwiz

Describe the solution you'd like

I would like to be able to create a new instance with Packwiz. Just give it a URL to the pack and the launcher handles it.

Describe alternatives you've considered

No response

Additional context

I spend a lot of my free time with Rust. I would be happy to make a PR.

I’d like to see if I can implement this feature. I guess it’d be preferable to parse the pack files ourselves instead of using packwiz-installer; do you all agree?

Yeah if we do the parsing ourselves we can add features such as exporting a packwiz mod pack
