Synchronization from AD (windows server 2022) : error on password encryption format

Hello
I enabled LDAP authentication and synchronization.

I can login me with the accounts on my AD. An user is created automatically in the identities menu.
03/29/2023 2:28 p.m. | INFO | modoboa.auth | User 'e****@****.com' successfully logged in

I can import my users from my ad with the command line: python manage.py import_from_ldap_directory

But If I use the account to create the email box in outlook, I have this error:

How can I fix this issue ?

For information if I create an user in Modoboa(not from AD) I can create the account in Outlook with autoconfig and I can send and receive emails. That work really fine.
