CPU RT settings for docker container

cgroup settings for init process is as shown below.

When docker daemon is started with cpu-rt-runtime settings and native.cgroupdriver=systemd, it is applied at /sys/fs/cgroup/cpu,cpuacct/init.scope/cpu.rt_runtime_us.

Now, when docker container is started with cpu-rt-runtime, it tries to program this value at /sys/fs/cgroup/cpu,cpuacct/system.slice/docker-<container-id>.scope/cpu.rt_runtime_us. This is resulting in failure as docker daemon has not set cpu-rt-runtime at /sys/fs/cgroup/cpu,cpuacct/system.slice/cpu.rt_runtime_us and it is 0.

Is this an issue at docker or a misconfiguration. Can someone please help?
