Sir, 1st of all i should be thankful to you for publishing such a important program (ITSM overview for customer side), after modification (in the associated XML file)i was been able to run this package in OTOBO 10.0.x version. Following are the current difficulties that i am facing now:

1. Config Items overview menu is showing in OToBO customer login side.
2. css related issues present after clicking the Config Item tab.
3. Only shows Hardware tab if both computer and hardware CIs are been entered from Agent Side.
4. Zoom not at all working (if both hardware and computer are been entered , then nly shows hardware and which on clicking on any specified Item page become blank with (https://xxxx/otobo/undefined) for if Computer ITSM has nly been entered on clicking it goes empty data with (URL :https://xxxx/otobo/customer.pl?Action=CustomerITSMConfigItemZoom;ConfigItemNumber=0022000081)
5. When Both Hardware and Computer ITSM are both entered from Agent Side, evening manually changing the URL from 23 (For Hardware)to 22 (For Computer) with no result (https://xxxx/otobo/customer.pl?Action=CustomerITSMConfigItem;Subaction=MyCI;Filter=23;SortBy=;Order=;) replaced with https://xxxx/otobo/customer.pl?Action=CustomerITSMConfigItem;Subaction=MyCI;Filter=22;SortBy=;Order=;)

Please help me Sir

Layout issue solved related to Config Item List ,, But still Zoom module not working,,, Please help me,,,

No error,, nothing ,,, if manually wrong ConfigItemNumber is provided its showing error message, tht means a part of the program is working..

Already customer company and user has been granted with ro permission configitem group.

Please HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP ME.
