Ends up looking like the following when using app list:

  evaluations:run                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
[--id=]                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
[--event=]                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
[--type=]                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
[--start-time=]                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                
[--end-time=]                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
[--step=]                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      
[--table=]

When I would expect it to be:

  evaluations:run [--id=] [--event=] [--type=] [--start-time=] [--end-time=] [--step=] [--table=]
