Pegasus (Porrtable) sent to background after exiting a game (retroarch) #1033

The issue

After exiting a game (retroarch), pegasus window is sent to background, I have to click with my mouse on the pegasus window to bring it to foreground again

System info

Windows 11 22H2 build22621.1105
Generic USB gamepad
