[Bug]: MLRun CE, Project setting\Secrets

• I have checked that this issue has not already been reported.

• I have confirmed this bug exists on the latest version of MLRun CE.

Reproducible Example

1] I used MLRun CE 1.5.0 in Docker Desktop
2] I created project (it was empty project)
3] I went to the Project setting\Secrets
4] I got mistake see message in UI "Failed to fetch project data."

Issue Description

Expected Behavior

Without this mistake

@george0st Please provide the req sent to the BE and the res your'e getting + any console errors in inspect panel. Usually failed to fetch means that req/res failed on BE side but we can't be sure without further information as stated above
