Resizing the board does not work as expected #445

When I resize the board in the different modes, the working is different:

pgnBoard: works
pgnEdit: works somehow, could adapt as well sizing of moves, ... (depending on the layout)
pgnView: no resize of buttons or moves. however, doing the next move readjusts the moves and buttons
pgnPrint: always broken, but not the problem of resize
