We have an option no-cleanup which is useful for debugging.

We should provide clear instructions for cleaning up afterwards (e.g. running a medperf cleanup).
Perhaps we have to rethink how we debug: we are relying on a second execution of the command to debug (We ask users to rerun with --no-cleanup or --loglevel=debug). It would be better to be able to debug without a rerun.
