Solinia3-Core is heavily based on and in some cases directly converted from the EQEmulator project source code - as such it shares the same license as listed on their github project page https://github.com/EQEmu/Server/blob/master/LICENSE
This also includes any use of content provided in the various sql tables listed in the projects source tree (such as Alternate Advancements and data provided by the use of the EQEmulator installation scripts such as the latest PEQ db data for spells_new table)
