Frontend testing for Heimdall needs overhaul

Right now we automatically test that Heimdall frontend builds as part of the release process using a workflow. However, actually functionally testing the frontend app is still a manual part of release.

We need a webapp testing tool that apes a browser (a la Cypress or Selenium) to cover basic questions like "Does the upload button work?"
