We should add some documentation about how the integration works with Hubspot. Proposed plan options:

This could simply be a README under https://github.com/mitodl/mitxpro/tree/master/hubspot_xpro. (This could be more related to how its used)
Maybe we should add it in https://github.com/mitodl/ol-django/tree/main/src/mitol/hubspot_api. (This could be a more technical document on how to integrate the Hubspot)
