It has LibWeb in the user string, which is (I guess) SerenityOS' browser engine.

The problem is this line: https://github.com/mitchellkrogza/nginx-ultimate-bad-bot-blocker/blame/53efb03c2e07d0ad97fc3b523b0cf2b38fb58896/conf.d/globalblacklist.conf#L387
