Upgrade to bootstrap 3.3.7 #17

Just like AdminLTE, we should move to bootstrap 3.3.7 ColorlibHQ/AdminLTE@1fe157a

However https://github.com/twbs/bootstrap/releases/tag/v3.3.7 says there have not been significant changes to the css and this is what we are using, so the update is not urgent.

I'd vote for bootstrap 4 at this point :)

If/when AdminLTE is upgraded to 4. We will update as well.

Admin LTE has migrated to bootstrap 4 as AdminLTE 3 released. Any plan to upgrade???
