💡 Summary

NSFWに設定した画像をアイコンやヘッダーに設定できる

🙂 Expected Behavior

画像を表示しない
もしくはBlurHashとかで何かしらフィルターをかける

☹️ Actual Behavior

画像が表示されてしまう

📝 Steps to Reproduce

1.画像にNSFWフラグを付ける
2.アイコンやヘッダーに設定する
3.表示される

連合でアイコンやヘッダー画像を隠せる機能が標準化されていないのと、ぼかしにしてまでアイコンを表示する必要は無い（アイコンでユーザーを識別することが多いはずなので）と思われるので完全に弾くので良さそう
