Ability to restrict contributors to a set of languages

The project I use Accent for accepts community contributions for localizations, but each localizer that is added to the project is only supposed to work on their own language. I think it would be very useful to have the ability to restrict each contributor to a subset of the languages, instead of every contributor being able to work on every language.
