dput() like functionality for creating reproducible workbook templates via text only

Currently XLConnect is already capable of reading in all of a workbook's formatting, sheet, and formula contents. However there is no way to make this data portable, a user can either load a local file or write a new one from scratch.

dput() like functionality would be extremely useful for use cases like Jupyter notebooks or Shiny applications where someone may want to export a workbook and have an excel file already on hand to use as a template. Given the nature it also doesn't need to be human-readable, allowing for more compact means of transmitting reproduction data than TidyXL's approach.
