Node.js Wrapper Request for MiniUPnPc

MiniUPnPc is an essential library for networking tasks, but there's currently no npm package for Node.js. We'd love a Node.js wrapper for MiniUPnPc to benefit the JavaScript/Node.js community.

Request:

Could someone create a Node.js wrapper for MiniUPnPc? It would help:

• Discover UPnP devices.
• Manage port forwarding and NAT traversal.
• Simplify UPnP tasks in Node.js projects.

Before I dive in, I wanted to check if there are any existing discussions, guidelines, or preferred approaches for this project. Do we have a specific action plan in mind, or should I start by researching and drafting a proposal for the implementation of the Node.js wrapper?
