Not able to populate hyperv-virtual-switch flag with External VM Switch value

• Minishift version: 1.34.3
• OS: Windows pro
• Hypervisor: VirtualBox

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to minishift directory
2. Launch the command : minishift.exe start --vm-driver virtualbox

Expected

Minishift VM get created in VirtualBox
