Dev Teams would be better-off and comfortable discussing/communicating key features privately. Fear of info leaks and other security risks can be mitigated with a slack-like chat feature.

Another important intent for this is to enable hubot or hubot-like capabilities to be integrated into a chat app like rocket.chat to enable key notifications like CI-CD milestone or critical events.
