TODO: use the new v5 test release of the mingw-w64 with mingw-builds instead of using the trunk version. Cited from the mingw-w64 ML:


Notable fixes since rc1:
- Fixed a wscanf/scanf mem leak.
- Fix inconsistent x86 fpu precision across threads, hopefully.
- Closing file handle created by mkstemp should no longer have the file
  deleted.

--rt-version=v5.0-rc2 doesn't work, because ./build understands only x.x.x format.

--rt-version=v5.0-rc2 isn't sufficient right now, hoping for --rt-version=v5.0 in near future
