"zinc list <path to catalog>" not working

Following the notes at https://github.com/mindsnacks/Zinc/blob/master/Notes.md,
I couldn't get the 0 bundles message to show up. I also tried zinc catalog:list

andrew@z ~/C/i/PVProject> zinc catalog:create ZincCatalog/

andrew@z ~/C/i/PVProject> zinc list ZincCatalog/
usage: zinc [-h]

        ...

zinc: error: invalid choice: 'list' (choose from 'catalog:create', 'catalog:clean', 'catalog:list', 'bundle:list', 'bundle:update', 'bundle:clone', 'bundle:delete', 'distro:update', 'distro:delete')
