I believe that this is because the iframe isn't closed correctly. The JSFiddle uses this code:

<iframe src="https://mindmup.github.io/3rdpartycookiecheck/start.html" style="display:none" />

It should be:

<iframe src="https://mindmup.github.io/3rdpartycookiecheck/start.html" style="display:none"></iframe>
