Support for German "ß"

Hi,

first of all: this is an amazing piece of software and actually made me successfully type without any typos. Thank you!

Now onto a small feature request / bug: Could you allow "lowercase" letters in the accent row? Users from Germany and Austria will likely need the character "ß" which gets converted to "SS" when put into the keymap, which is probably due to conversion to all uppercase characters. However there is no* uppercase "ß", so in this case it would preferable if there was no conversion to uppercase letters.

Thank you so much! (I have no experience in Objective C but I can probably use Xcode and would gladly help with testing :)

Hi, thank you! Wow, I'd never thought that sticking to uppercase letters in the keymap can cause problems but here it is! :) I will figure out something, I'm sure that there are other problematic letters in other languages, thank you!
