updated code for FOP 2.2

Hi, thanks for the code, it got me started with making my own jsp. However, the Driver class is not in recent versions of FOP (after 0.20.5 I think?) . Are you interested in seeing what I did to make it (mostly)work in FOP 2.2? I'm a idiot with Git, so I'm not sure how to show you by pushing or pulling or whatever.

Hi Roger,
Thank you for the contribution to the project. I have rebuilt the whole project using your code as the main one. The only changes I added - response flush and close commands. Otherwise, it throws exceptions and doesn;t show PDF document
