How do I use the -filter "date" option in [exhentai][e-hentai]?

For example, if I want to skip the latest post at the following URL and start scraping from the minutes posted on 2024-02-26, how do I do that?
https://e-hentai.org/tag/cosplayer:otterother

I could not get it to work with --skip or --download-archive FILE.

I have no experience writing code, so I can't do anything complicated...
