Pixiv login credentials?

Now that I have managed to get gallery-dl running again, I'm struggling to find useful information on how to get my login credentials into it. I see that simply putting the username and password with -u and -p doesn't work, but when I try to use gallery-dl oath:pixiv all I get is [gallery-dl][error] Unsupported URL 'oath:pixiv'. How exactly am I supposed to be adding the refresh/device token via commands?

I am also having trouble even finding my refresh token, as the guide for getting it I could find was from about three years ago, and the way it's done now seems to have drastically changed.
