So I setup a Patreon extractor recently including writing metadata to a text file and noticed that the
content
keyword still contains HTML tags. I did some digging around and saw that other extractors had some text sanitization (https://github.com/mikf/gallery-dl/blob/2d9e3093caa5667efd64bedfcb73eb89ab041a59/docs/configuration.rst#extractordeviantartjournals) and was wondering if anything like that could be applied to Patreon as well. For the record here's my config
As an example, here's part of the
content
as well as theteaser_text
for the following URL: https://www.patreon.com/posts/korone-tennis-84065842 (cookies are required for full info if you try testing this link yourself)content

The
teaser_text
seems to have the HTML tags stripped, but I'm not sure if this is on Patreon's side or something the extractor did.Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.
