without SE and h_swish

Great results you have got, thanks for releasing the code.

I wanted to experiment an architecture without SE (squeeze & excite) and without h_swish. As most current DL hardwares do not efficiently handle these two features yet. Is it possible with this code base? I saw first layer and expand layer always use swish irrespective of net_config.
