Play Framework 2.3, PostGIS, and Hibernate Spatial

The setup consisted of:

hibernate-entitymanager-4.2.2.Final
hibernate-spatial-4.0-M1 from http://www.hibernatespatial.org/repository
Google Guice didn't work and was not used
Create a Spatial Database by following the instructions from
http://workshops.boundlessgeo.com/postgis-intro/creating_db.html
Load spatial data about
http://workshops.boundlessgeo.com/postgis-intro/about_data.html by editting and
running the loadfiles.cmd script. The last output should look like:
