Login redirect does not work in versions 2.0.6 though to 2.0.10 #1057
Comments
Hello, We just tested in version 2.0.8 and it works . Which template are you using ? Can you try to open the page in another incognito window ? |
I am using the blank template. I opened the page in an incognito window and tried the login again. This time I am redirected to the Edit Profile page for the user I just signed into and not the page I was trying to access. |
@peter-mw Any idea on what could be causing this issue? Anything I could try? I have not modified any template or backend files at all. The only modifications are custom CSS I have for the site. Like I mentioned this use to work prior to updating to 2.0.6. I updated so I could have the latest security fixes and don't really want to restore a backup to an older version. |
This issue still exists in version 2.0.10 |
I am now on version 2.0.13 and this issue still exists. Please, is there anything I can try or logs I can look at to see why this does not work? The log in redirect worked prior to version 2.0.6. I've checked the.htaccess file and all seems right. How does this login redirect work inside microweber? |
After updating to 2.0.6 pages requiring login no longer redirect to the page after successful login. I also tried updating to the latest version 2.0.8 and this issue still exists.
After entering the username and password and clicking login a message box appears that says "You are logged in" with an OK button. When OK is clicked nothing happens. This message box never use to show up in the past. Previously on successful login the user would be redirected to the page they were attempting to access.
This was working in previous versions before 2.0.6 and is now broken. Any ideas what the issue could be?
