Product not available under Shop/Orders

I cant find the solution for the ''Product is no longer available'' under orders.
This are the orders that werent completed, but all the data was registerd, from addres to email - abandoned carts.
But the abandoned cart list is always empty. Anyone knows anything about it?

Hi, this message appears when the product is deleted from the site

If there is order of some product, but the product is deleted after the order is done, then this message appears

Actualy no, the thing that is common to all ''Product is no loger availabe'' that they are unpaid., i have 40 such cases, But all other info is there, email, adresss, phone number.... So they shuld be in abandoned carts section with recovery links?
And one more question, the updated version dosent allow downgrading anymore? Or am I missing something?
