Top menuitem not linked if there are subitems #1041

If there are subitems in a menu, the top items href item is only '#', so it won't link to anything at all.

"Home" in this picture will always link to "yourdomain.com/what/ever/link#"

I hope this is a bug, because otherwise you have to double-link your sites, eg. add home as a subitem. Doesn't seem very intuitive...
