Menuitems not visible if there are many

When setting up new menuitems and there are too many pages, the scrollbar won't show up, because there is a div without a height-attribute.

How much % max-height need to be or if this is fixable with another attribute: I don't know ;)
Edit: To make the scrollbar fully visible, it needs to be 87% or less...
