update public url/path #1033

Hi, I had installed microweber on the following url and path

http://url.com/microweber
path
/user/public_html/microweber

I have now moved all files from the microweber path (/user/public_html/microweber) to the root path (/user/public_html/) but I get a blank page.

I have updated the config/app.php but can't seem to find where to make further chantes.

Can you help please?
