Internal Server Error while installing microweber on Windows with Apache and mysql

I installed microweber with composer.
I think all requirements are fulfilled.
Wenn calling the URL (in my case microweber.localhost) I get Internal Server Error.
The log file has this message:

What is going wrong? 
It is my first experience with microweber ;-)
