@2gn - Sorry, this package is a compressed archive of portable executables, but it requires plenties of dependencies with provided seperately in the archive.

winget.exe does not support portable executables like that. Only following types of portable executable are accepted:

• All required libraries and dependencies are built into a standalone executable
• It only requires dynamic libraries provided by system.
• It requires third-party danamic libraries or runtime applications, and those dependencies can be installed via winget.exe too
