Brief description of your issue

When upgrading the process ends abnormally with the following complain message:
Si è verificato un errore imprevisto durante l'esecuzione del comando:
Download request status is not success.
0x80190194 : Non trovato (404).

Steps to reproduce

winget upgrade Sandboxie.Classic

Actual behavior

Upgrade fails with error message (italian):

Expected behavior
