Brief description of your issue

When installing or updating Foxit.FoxitReader with Winget it makes Winget output misbehave.

Running from Windows Terminal with PowerShell v7.4.2.

Steps to reproduce

Install or update Foxit.FoxitReader.

Expected behavior

"Starting package install.." with animation stays on one line.

Actual behavior

I suspect the installer is producing the output in "green". Does the same thing happen with "silent" arguments provided?

Yes, I used winget upgrade --silent --all in this example.

I get the same thing on my end when I try to upgrade Foxit PDF Reader. Although in my case the upgrade fails. Of which I have created an issue for that.
