No, I'm sorry. I couldn't find a link to download the offline installer.

Then I think we will have to skip this, as I am unable to find a static URL

We accept dynamic URLs also. There's currently no requirement for static URLs.

Inspect from this page, the installer file URL (has expired) points to a *.php page, with parameters product, tid, id and dateline. The publisher does not provide a vanity URL. 😞
