Open Window with correct theme from beginning

When using the light theme, when I open VS Code. At the beginning the window is using a black theme and then refreshing to a light theme.
This blinking of dark to light is really not pleasant.

it would be nice to load to the correct theme immediately, maybe showing just a small splashscreen until the theme is loaded.

I think this is a duplicate of #84539 that happens when you have two (or more windows) open while switching themes.
Please reopen if that's not the case. (please add steps with content of your user/workspace settings.json)
