ActivityBar settings not available

Issue Type: Bug

In this latest release it shows that we can control the active inidicator on the activity bar with color tokens. "activityBar.activeBorder" and "activityBar.activeBackground" but in settings I'm shown "unknown configuration". I see all the other new features but these settings aren't available but are in the release notes.
