Moving around by arrow key without unfold any regions

The region folding feature that vscode provide is an awesome feature and I really like to use it. But there is one thing I feel uncomfortable, when using it, is that when I move around the file by my arrow key or (j, k, h, l in vim) it automatically unfold every region I go through. That's so annoying. Are there any ways that the regions only unfold itself when I want to like pressing "ctrl + shift + ]"?.
