It would be great to be able to open the preview window for Markdown in a separate window, so that I can, for example, have the preview projected to a TV-Screen, which everyone sees, while i got the Markdown on my laptop. That way, I could take notes in markdown and have them immediately on the screen, so everyone sees it.

Currently therefor I need to use md-server, which requires me to save the file always, before it's being updated by md-server.
