My scroll wheel is too fast

i try to scroll on other app, it just runs normally, but if i scroll on vsc, it runs to fast. Very very fast. it is annoying.

To my knowledge there is a vscode built in scroll sensitivity setting + many other mouse settings. I'd check those out.
