I don't know the issue; whenever I start coding style.css on this page, it shows an error, and even when I copy and paste code, it's not working. If I do CSS on an HTML page, it will work, but not in style.css Sheet

I don't see problem here. This code has empty Ryle and that triggers lint error because this code has no effect on the page https://code.visualstudio.com/Docs/languages/CSS#_syntax-verification-linting

What is exactly expect but missing?

No image is attached, so make sure you properly attach it through the web ui.
Also code on screenshot is hard to copy/paste to reproduce problem, you should also provide code when you report issues.
