Current file keeps signaling it's not been saved

Since my last update, I've noticed something really annoying:

even though I save the last changes in my current file, a few seconds later the white dot saying there are unsaved changes is displayed again.

Then I check what's been changed by using CTRL+Z and then CTRL+Shift+Z again, and nothing changed actually!

I also noticed an even worse bug:
Some namespace imports in php, like say:

use Eventos;
use ServicioEventos;

where appended more characters to their names, like:

use Eventosos;
use ServicioEventosos;

Utterly weird!

In general, my impression is that VSC is working a bit clunkier.
