Multi diff editor keybinds: open all + fold current

Hello!

There seems to be only a few keybinds related to multi diff view:

I think the following commands / hotkeys would be very useful:

• Fold the current file, currently you can fold all/none.
  • ATM the only way is with the UI little toggle arrow?
  • It could also unfold/toggle the fold state. But would be not as straight forward as the focus on the current file may be lost?
• Open the multi diff editor with all current changes. Similar to "Git: Open All Changes" (git.openAllChanges), but open the multi diff instead of opening all files in individial editors.
  • There could be a command for "All Staged Changes" too as in the source control view you can open the multi diff for both stage/unstages changes. But note that there is no such version for git.openAllChanges (probably less used)
