Add an option to change the UI font

Changing the editor font is always available, but I'm suggesting to add a functionality for altering the UI font.
There're solutions of directly modifying the css file of vscode, however this is not supported. What I'm stressing is an official support of changing the UI font. I don't think there's technical difficulty of making this possible. If there indeed is, please point out.
